We are in the process of taking Paradise to the next level where work is constant year-round with solid wages and benefits.
Currently, we offer $20-$30/hr. (depending on Painter's skill-set), with the following benefits:
* Mileage Stipend
* Drive-time Stipend
* Sick leave pay after 90-days.
* One week paid vacation after 1-year.
Benefit package shall grow as company revenues grow.
If you are interested in helping us step into our 12th. year by being part of an already committed team, we do ask a lot, but this is what we are looking for:
• Painters with no addictive issues.
* Painters able to work on ladders and lifts at high levels and able to handle physical demands
* Painters with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
* Painters with a minimum 2-6 years experience (Skilled Painter's & Helpers)
• Painters who are detail oriented
• Painters who are responsible for having their own basic painting tools.
• Painters who have a professional attitude and strong customer service skills
* Painters who love to paint
* Painters with integrity, and a high-quality mindset
* Painters who can work as part of a team to get the job done under budget (WITHOUT CUTTING CORNERS)
* Painters who deserve great pay with opportunities to excel
