I'm currently renting out the room in basement. (Picture is to show what it would look like with a bed) With that you get all the space down there to do whatever you want with the extra space

1 female and 2 males currently renting the other rooms.
2 of them have been there for about a year. Laid back easy going people.

I don't do background checks. Rent is month to month. It's pretty easy to live here. it's pay you stay, you don't pay you go. I do month to month so if you decide to stay a for a long time or just a few months that's fine.

One dog and she's super friendly.

You Are responsible for your own food and Bathroom belongings.
There is a fenced in backyard.
We are close to a grocery store, liquor store, walk up store and fast food restaurants.
If you ride the bus transportation there is a bus stop at both ends of the street..
