I'm looking to get to know an female individual over the course of the next few months who would want to be a roommate in my home in Burton by spring. If you're experienced with children and would be interested, I would consider exchange for room and board and/or weekly payment, however would prefer just a roommate to pay rent.
I own a small home in burton. Although it's in burton, due to the insane cost of living and renting today, rent would be $600 per month, which I believe is a fair rate considering all amenities are included.
Here's the kicker - I'm a middle-aged male. The reason why I would need a female is because of my toddler daughter. Long story short, you would also have to pass a state and federal background check and would have to get approval from Child Protective Services, as my child has been removed from her mother and I have sole custody because of it. I'm not at all interested in a female for my own benefit, I just can't have a stranger male alone with my child for obvious reasons, and any female must be on the straight and narrow due to their (CPS) involvement.
I have a career and am gone 10-12+ hours per day. My child goes to daycare. If you weren't interested in exchanging room and board for sitting her in an au pair setting, she would still go to daycare.
Rent would obviously include all access to laundry, all utilities, internet, off Street parking, storage, etc.
Due to the CPS involvement, I do have cameras all throughout the interior and exterior my house for security purposes, excluding of course private areas. The cameras record to a cloud.
I have a lot more information to share for somebody who is interested in a long-term, stable, legitimate roommate situation with the opportunity for exchanging rent for child care and/or for child care and payment your way.
Once again looking for springtime so we would have to spend a few months getting to know one another and interviewing etc etc.
