HomeZone Improvements is seeking 1 qualified candidate to join us in our production department. HomeZone specializes in the sales, install and replacement of windows, roofing, siding, gutters, insulation, cultured stone, skylights and doors as well as bath and shower conversions to customers within a 60 mile radius.

HomeZone Improvements Install Coordinator Responsibilities include:

1. Communicating with all customers about install details

2. Working with crews to schedule installs

3. Process weekly payroll

4. Play a vital role in overseeing that each install is completed smoothly, accurately, paid in full and ends with a happy customer!

5. General Office duties pertaining to the Production Department

Install Coordinator must be able to:

1. Excel in clear communication

2. Work in fast paced environment as part of a team

3. Pay close attention to detail and have excellent organization

4. Great ability to multi task and meet deadlines under pressure

5. Above average working knowledge of Microsoft Office, online databases and basic computer skills
