Window & Exterior Installer / Laborer
Responsibilities
Assist with installation of windows, doors, siding, decks, and gutters
Load and unload materials and tools
Follow project instructions from crew leaders
Maintain clean and safe job sites
Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Construction or exterior remodeling experience preferred
Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and dependability
Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions

In-Home Sales Representative
Responsibilities
Meet with homeowners to discuss window and exterior improvement needs
Present product solutions for windows, siding, decks, gutters, and doors
Provide estimates and close sales
Build strong customer relationships
Follow up on leads and maintain organized sales pipeline
Requirements
Sales experience preferred (home improvement sales a plus)
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
