This is possibly a Tom Richardson carving, 1986, Bradford, Fla. It's hand painted, with a long red bill, black head, black, brown and cream color wing feathers, brown tail. Standing 10.5" high, stick mounted on a 8" x 3" base that depicts a bit of driftwood and a sea shell. POOS
