This was previously used. I have cleaned it however there may be some residual dirt/dust spots on the tent. The corners show wear, small tearing to one of the corners. Please see pictures. This does NOT include any instructions on how to put together but it's pretty simple as you snap all the metal bars together to be 2 long, and they all snap into the corner pieces; the remaining bars go on top of the unit to hold it up.
