TRAVEL BROKERS - $2 (Swartz Creek)

Stay away from these people. Booked a trip on Amtrak last summer all the way to the west coast. Went so so until we reached Salt Lake City. Because of a scheduling snafu we missed a connection to Yellowstone and a 2 night stay in a cabin. Before we left this 2 night stay was a big talking point of our trip and we lost out totally. We paid $2,500 for trip insurance and was told by Cindy of Travel Brokers " DON'T WORRY WE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU " By that she meant " WE ARE SO SORRY ". That is all we got, " WE ARE SO SORRY " and you can take that and about a buck and a half and get a cup of coffee just about anywhere. Travel Brokers offered to give us a break on our next booking to compensate us. " WOW " like that is what we want to do, book another trip. Maybe we can and go on a trip when we turn 100, will look into that. Would love to know how much money Travel Brokers and Amtrak made on a $23,000 dollar trip. Cindy said at the time we booked it was the biggest trip she ever set up. Maybe it was too big for here to handle. Don't know but all I can say is " WE ARE SO SORRY " don't get it done. " STAY AWAY " for your sake.
