There is some slight marks from being stored without a box and slight rusting around the eyelet holes shown in the photos.

These are really great boots. I purchased them thinking they were 'regular' snow boots but once put on realized the stiff back support wasn't for everyday use :) They were set aside and someone should be using them for the purpose intended! These boots are black leatherlike uppers with black rubber shoe area and purple soles stating "Steel Shank". The Kamik grey liner has a leatherlike padded upper edge to cushion the calves while wearing and the label states "Thick 8mm felt lining, consisting of 55% wool blended with polypropylene". Cute Kamik SnowGear logo on outsides of each boot. Purple trim strip up the back, purple tongue with red trim and purple and black braided shoe laces. Made in Canada logos on the bottoms. Really great pair of boots. Could be worn by guys or gals!

The wool insulates and absorbs perspiration while the polypropylene wicks away moisture.
LIGHT: Keeping light on your feet is a definite advantage when your're tackling treacherous terrain. That's why we've incorporated a specially developed lightweight rubber material into Kamiks, making them up to 30% lighter than comparable boots.
DRY: Keeping water out and comfort in is what Kamiks are all about. We use a seamless, one-piee moulded rubber shell, which is guaranteed 100% waterproof - no seams or holes for water to penetrate. These boots ensure warmth and comfort from approximately 40ºF (5ºC) to -40ºF (-40ºC). Factors such as type of sock, activity level, dryness of lining, etc., will effect actual warmth.

Please check the measurements below for these shoes because even though it says Women's 10 the measurements can be different from item to item. Hopefully the measurements will help ensure they will fit:
Measuring across the outside bottom of the sole from heel to toe the length is: 12 1/2"
Measuring across the outside bottom of the sole across the ball of the shoe the width is: 4 3/4"
Measuring on the outside of the boot from the bottom of the sole to the top of the boot by the eyelets the height is: 10"
