It's been taken to a repair shop and we put a lot of money into it and they fixed most issues it had (tightened everything etc, it has a brand new upgraded seat too) but it has a problem with the chain coming off if you backpedal when it's on the first gear. Doesn't happen on any higher gear even 2nd. I have disabilities and I can't fix that when it happens to me in the middle of the road. It goes surprisingly fast with comparatively little effort.
