Hi, you must be handy to apply for this. We've moved out of our house, which is located 4 miles east of Lapeer, MI. It is private, at the end of a dead end private road, near Wilder Rd.
We have completely roofed it and have installed windows, doors, siding. It's halfway renovated. I'm looking for someone who is very good with drywall: mudding, taping, FINISHING...
I have to install ceramic tile floors and laminated hardwood floors yet, as well as hang all the interior doors, do the bathroom and then paint everything...
There is still some drywall to hang.
It would be cool if you were the type who could direct what work needs to be yet done and develop a schedule for us to complete it. As compensation, you would be able to live in the house and we could work something out longterm. Rent and possibly buy.
