Rental Fees:
8x5 foot space (does not include a table) = $24.00
8x5 foot space (with a 6 foot table) = $28.00
8x5 foot space (with an 8 foot table) = $32.00
Gym Corner Space (limited availability) = $32.00

*The rental fee must be included with your application. All applications must be received by October 30th. Refunds will be given after we receive your written request, however, no refunds will be given after October 19th.*

Special Needs: Wall space, corner spaces, and electrical outlets will be given on a first come/first served basis. Please note: for electrical outlet usage, you will need to supply your own extension cord. Please indicate these special needs on your application.

Confirmation: If you wish to receive a confirmation of your space/table, please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope with your application.

Chairs & Set-Up: All vendors are provided with two chairs. If you need more than two, please indicate this on your application. Set-up time will begin at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 7th. St. Joseph’s Youth Group will be available for assisting with unloading in the morning and loading in the afternoon. You may pull your vehicle up to the building to unload you items, however after unloading; we ask that you park in the big parking lot behind the church building. We insist upon this so your customers will have adequate parking spaces.

Kitchen/Food: The kitchen will be open and will be serving homemade food and drinks. You may bring your own refreshments, however no glass containers are allowed in the building.

Smoking: Our building is a smoke-free environment. No smoking is allowed in the building or anywhere on the grounds of the school/church buildings. We kindly ask that cigarette/cigar butts are disposed of in the containers provided and not on our parish grounds.
